Founders aren’t always control freaks.
Sometimes they’re just… the only place the decisions live.
So the team can’t move without them because everyone’s waiting for founder-context:
“What do we really mean?”
“What do we actually want?”
“What are we prioritising?”
That’s not a team problem. It’s a storage problem.
Decisions need to live somewhere other than your head.
Otherwise you don’t scale—you just become a bottleneck with a calendar.
